1. By completing and submitting credit card information or paying by EFT, clients confirm and affirm that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Home Signs is a retail company marketing a wide range of leather and canvas car seats as well as other automotive aftermarket products.
3. Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed immediately and fitment or delivery confirmed by way of an email and a copy of your electronic invoice. All deliveries are executed through courier companies, thoughtfully selected based on the quality of their service, with delivery costs calculated based on delivery distance from Pretoria All delivery costs are for the clients’ expense and are calculated at the time of order before any funds are deducted from the clients’ credit card. When your order is delivered a signature must be obtained from an adult older than 18 years. Should you not be available to take receipt of your package a note will be left requiring the client to contact the Courier office to make arrangements to deliver the package at a suitable time.
4. The status of orders will be confirmed electonically via email.
5. All prices quoted include VAT with a separate VAT line item in the invoice. Errors and Omissions Excluded.
6. The provision of goods and services by Auto Direct Online is subject to availability of raw materials and factory resources.  In cases of unavailability, Auto Direct Online will refund the client in full within 30 days.
7. Orders can only be cancelled if the factory has not yet begun production however will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Clients must notify Auto direct Online immediately of their intention to cancel an order.

9. Home Signs shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).  No customer information is ever stored on the Auto Direct website and is only ever sent to the factory and to the Auto Direct administration and fitment department for processing.
10. Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Auto Directs bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. Bank transfer deposits must reflect in the Auto Direct Online bank account, with a faxed proof of deposit, before the order will be submitted to the factory for manufacture.
11. Auto Direct Online, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, with or without cause or reason.
12. Auto Direct Online utilise 3D Secure credit card technology to protect clients from fraudulent usage of credit cards on their website.
13. Auto Direct Online respects the need for confidentiality of client information. No credit card details are stored on the Auto Direct Online website, nor is any client information.
14. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.  The transaction currency is always South African Rand (ZAR).
15. Auto Direct Online takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
16. It is the clients responsibility to promptly notify their bank of any changes to their billing information, or of any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of their credit card number.

Auto Direct Online shall conclusively presume that online communications received from clients through the use of the online order facility and registration process are accurate, complete, and authorized by them as received by Auto Directs. Clients agree not to contest the validity and binding legal effect of those communications.

Auto Direct Online purchasing services are provided on as "as is", "as available" basis, and Auto Direct does not provide any assurances of the availability or usability by clients of the online shopping services. Auto Direct makes no representations or warranties, whatsoever, as to the substance, or the accuracy or sufficiency thereof, of any information listed on the web site. Auto Direct makes no warranties, express or implied, including without limitation no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, as to the products sold, the online shopping services, deliveries, or otherwise.

Auto Direct Online shall not be liable to clients for any interception of online communications, software or hardware problems (including, without limitation, viruses, loss of data, or compatibility conflicts), unauthorized use of their credit card, or other consequence beyond the reasonable control of Auto Direct Online.
21. Auto Direct Online accepts no liability whatsoever for any damage, death or injury resulting from the handling, purchasing or use of any of our manufactured products.

Any liability of Auto Direct Online, its employees, affiliates, or agents, to you for damages, losses and causes of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, either jointly or severally, shall be strictly limited to the average value of all order amounts paid by the client to Auto Direct Online in the two (2) months (or, if less, such shorter period of your use of the online purchasing service) immediately prior to the claimed injury or damage.
